Dr. Molly Allen obtained her DVM degree from Tufts University, then completed an equine internship in surgery and anesthesia at a specialty hospital in Australia. She practiced as an equine veterinarian and anesthetist in Australia for three years before commencing her residency in anesthesia and pain management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Allen is passionate about local and regional anesthesia to minimize systemic opioid use, as well as to improve outcomes in high-risk and critically ill patients.
